LIBERTY MOTORSPORTS SCORES PODIUM FINISH IN USF2000 DEBUT |

 Liberty Motorsports full-time foray into pro junior formula car competition got off to a highly successful start this weekend (March 27-28), with a podium finish in Round One of the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda. Terrick Mansur finished third in the opening race of the season-opening doubleheader on the streets of St. Petersburg, Fla., before backing it up with a superb recovery drive to fourth in race two. Matthew Powers in his first-ever car races, was involved in a first turn incident in race one, but recovered in race two with a top-10 finish.

Liberty Motorsports will take the plunge into the pro racing ranks this weekend (March 27-28) when it takes part in the season-opening rounds of the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda on the streets of St. Petersburg, Fla. Aruban standout Terrick Mansur and American formula car rookie Matthew Powers will drive for the club racing multiple race winners, having shown good speed and skill in testing with the Illinois-based squad.
